LSU Health in Shreveport, Louisiana seeks a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible (BC/BE) Neuromuscular Specialist to join our outstanding Academic Neurology department and dynamic team. Leadership opportunities available to qualified candidates. We invite applications for the following position:
- Position: Full-time Academic faculty
- Academic Rank: Determined based on level of experience and qualifications
- Description: Open to BC/BE Neurologists with a commitment to both patient care and academic growth. The successful candidate will by a dynamic Neuromuscular Specialist. Leadership opportunities available depending on qualifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering high-quality clinical care to patients with neurological conditions.
- Medical student and Neurology resident education, including supervision in clinics, grand rounds, and didactic conferences.
- Participation in departmental activities and contributing to the growth of the Neuromuscular program.
- Mentoring and providing clinical expertise to faculty and residents.

- Academic Medical department with the largest concentration of Subspecialty Neurologists in the Ark-La-Tex region.
