This position will primarily provide clinical psychological services to pediatric patients with a variety of medical conditions and their families. This position will allocate time for clinical research and teaching in pediatric psychology. This position will also provide faculty resources to sustain and expand teaching, advising and other instructional activities for the Pediatric Residency programs and the College of Medicine medical students. This position will be housed in the Division of Psychology for the Department of Pediatrics and will be appointed in the Clinical Title Series, non-tenured track. The division’s responsibilities lie in the area of primary care, secondary care for children with problems that fall within the area of expertise of practicing physicians and tertiary care these patients. This position will offer comprehensive evaluations and treatment plans to support the primary care provider in managing the care of patients with infectious diseases. This position will also serve as Division Chief of Infectious Disease in the Department of Pediatrics.
