Cooper’s Hawk Winery &amp; Restaurants is looking for an experienced Payroll Specialist to support the growth of the business.&nbsp; This position is primarily responsible for timely and accurate processing of bi-weekly payrolls for multiple entities.&nbsp; The Payroll Specialist ensures compliance with various state and federal regulations, while maintaining data as required by all governmental agencies.&nbsp; Our restaurant concept has over 65 locations in 12 states, with plans for significant growth.&nbsp; This position will be a part of the Accounting and Finance team and is located at the Restaurant Support Center in Downers Grove, IL.&nbsp; We offer a hybrid work environment with 3 days in office; 2 remote. As the Senior Graphic Designer, you’ll play a key role in bringing these moments to life by developing engaging digital and print creative solutions. You will report to the Creative Director.&nbsp;What You’ll Do:<ul><li>Design and produce digital and print creative assets across a variety of touchpoints, including Wine Club materials, in-restaurant collateral, packaging, branding, and integrated campaigns.</li><li>Translate marketing strategies into compelling concepts and fully integrated creative solutions.</li><li>Work within existing design systems in Figma while also contributing to their evolution and maintenance.</li><li>Provide meticulous file preparation for production, ensuring accuracy and high attention to detail.</li><li>Maintain and organize creative assets, including managing file libraries and archives.</li><li>Support in the execution of photo shoots, video production, and content creation as needed.</li><li>Partner with cross-functional teams to understand project goals, timelines, and deliverables.&nbsp;</li><li>Champion brand standards and tone of voice across all creative output.&nbsp;</li><li>Stay current on design trends, technology, and best practices to continuously bring fresh perspectives.&nbsp;</li><li>Serve as a mentor for junior creatives and collaborate with the team to elevate the work of the creative team.&nbsp;</li></ul>What You’ll Need:&nbsp;<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. Bachelor’s of Fine Arts preferred.</li><li>8+ years of graphic design experience in an agency or corporate setting, with previous experience in a Senior Designer role preferred (restaurant, retail, food/beverage experience strongly valued).</li><li>Strong portfolio showcasing creative work across digital and print, with examples that demonstrate your ability to evolve projects from initial concept through final execution, bringing ideas to life across multiple channels with a focus on brand storytelling and maintaining brand consistency.</li><li>Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and proficiency with Figma, including experience working within and maintaining design systems.</li><li>Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams).</li><li>Proven ability to manage multiple projects and timelines, delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to clearly articulate design ideas and rationale to Creative Director and Stakeholders, including executives.</li><li>Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently while also collaborating closely with team members and cross-functional partners.</li><li>Flexible and adaptable, with a proactive mindset and the ability to pivot with evolving brand strategies.</li></ul>Compensation Range: $80,000-$90,000.
