We manage servicing and operations for prepaid products giving support on all queries from a phone servicing and back-end operations perspective.Responsibilities:<ul><li>This role will be responsible for clearing all exceptions from the processing of American Express Travelers Cheques</li><li>Analyse payment requests received from Business encashment partners (clearing partners &amp; ACM partners) for Traveller’s Cheque and make informed decision to pay or decline the request post determining if all the procedural requirements are met.</li><li>Determine the payment method and accurately process the payments after verifying the bank information. Process&nbsp;Payments within daily cut off time to meet SLA’S</li><li>Process Traveller’s Cheque in main frame system on daily basis to update the Traveller’s Cheque status</li><li>Reporting of daily &amp; monthly volumes for encashment partners</li><li>Building &amp; maintaining communication lines with internal and external business partners</li><li>Manage change effectively to meet / exceed performance targets</li></ul>Minimum qualification :<ul><li>2 - 3 years of Prior Travellers Cheque and Main Frame experience and/or operations experience.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure in a deadline-driven environment and maintain strong attention to detail.</li><li>Good listening and decision-making skills</li></ul>Salary Range: $20.00 to $33.65 hourly + bonus + benefitsThe above represents the expected hourly pay range for this job requisition.
