SUMMARYThe Manager, Licensure and Certification will work closely with the Director, Facility Licensure and Certification to ensure the team completes all provider licensure and certification paperwork effectively, timely, and accurately. Experience with PECOS and other Medicaid portals a plus.</li><li>Understands federal and state regulations for End Stage Renal Disease providers related to licensing and certification requirements. This includes accreditation agency requirements.</li><li>Highly competent in MS Excel to be able to create, analyze and reconcile data related to facility demographic information, Medical Director and physician partner information, ownership information, and licensure tracking information and can identify gaps and troubleshoot issues. Manager, Facility Licensure & Certification

Files insurance and collects on accounts assigned in a timely and accurate manner.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.<ul><li>Reviews EOB/EOMB's for proper reimbursement.</li><li>Resolves electronic claim rejections and Explanation of Benefits denials in a timely manner.</li><li>Reviews and researches insurance correspondence and makes necessary corrections to ensure claims payment.</li><li>Follows up on unpaid/unresolved account balances, including claims rejected electronically, EOB denial and working A/R aging reports as directed.
