Embedded within our Infectious Diseases clinic, our integrated behavioral health team plays a critical role in supporting patients’ overall health, medical adherence, and quality of life. The clinician selected for this position will provide individual and group therapy, including substance use counseling, to patients experiencing co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders. This role encounters patients experiencing a wide range of psychosocial stressors—such as trauma, stigma, housing instability, and chronic illness—that impact engagement in care and long-term health outcomes. Services are delivered as part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary medical team.
